Enrollment & Priority Access:
Sova Learning Academy operates on a semester-based schedule, with our enrollment periods running from September through December and January through April. To maintain a consistent and supportive community, we prioritize our current families throughout the registration process; existing students receive exclusive priority access to secure their spots for the upcoming semester before we open enrollment to new students. Additionally, siblings of our currently enrolled families receive early registration access and are granted priority status on any active waitlists to ensure we can keep families together and support your household's unique rhythm.
Due to significant demand, we currently anticipate that our programs will remain at capacity through these priority enrollment periods. Consequently, we will likely not be opening registration to the general public. We encourage all interested families to join our waitlist, as this ensures you are the first to be notified should a spot become available.
Included in Tuition
Your tuition covers everything your student needs to succeed, so you can leave the school supply shopping lists behind. We provide all necessary academic materials, including student curriculum and teacher editions, as well as all essential classroom supplies, from tissues to writing materials. Beyond the basics, we provide all specialized equipment required for our programs, including art supplies, musical instruments, dance shoes, and sports equipment. We also keep your student fueled throughout the day by providing a variety of healthy morning and afternoon snacks.
Students should bring a packed lunch from home each day. While we provide nutritious snacks during recess and between elective classes, students are welcome to bring additional items from home to supplement their meals as needed.
Due to severe student allergies, Sova Learning Academy is a strictly nut-free facility. Please ensure that all lunches and supplemental snacks packed from home are completely free of nuts and nut products.
